Lead Thru Inspiration was started by Dr. Tony R. Dixon in 2013 to draw on his passion and expertise in leadership and organizational dynamics. 

Tony is a distinguished Learning and Organizational Development Leader with a robust background in leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management. With extensive experience across diverse sectors, including healthcare, education, and non-profit organizations, Dr. Dixon is a certified facilitator in multiple leadership programs and has a proven track record in driving organizational change and fostering talent growth. 

Tony is dedicated to community service, a commitment he began with his enlistment in the Army Reserve. He was Co-Chair of the professional networking group ODN SoCal from 2023-2025. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Momentum Youth Sports Training and is a mentor with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles, continuing his longstanding tradition of giving back.
